Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
